Report an Issue

All general maintenance issues must be reported to us via phone or email on 0208 087 3277 or Alternatively, please fill in a 'Report an Issue' form via our website.

Please be advised, all reported issues will be handled during normal office hours. In order to serve you more promptly, we highly advise you to provide us with as much information as possible on the issue you are having, that way we can appoint the right contractor to attend the property as quickly as possible. Please also note, during busy periods, you may encounter a delay in any repairs being carried out although, this does not include emergency issues which will be dealt and attended to as soon as possible.

On many occassions, there will be no need for a contractor to attend as the phots you share with us, will enable the contractor to establish what the issue is and will be able to arrange for any parts to be purchased or ordered.

The above numbers should only be contacted in the event of an EMERGENCY ONLY. Any non-emergency maintenance issues must be reported to us directly.

Examples of emergency issues are; major leaks (as a result of burst pipes or other) coming into your property or reported leaks affecting the neighbouring flat/s or any other events which are a danger to life or property.
